Booking Policy: If this is your first time to use our online booking , your credit card is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charge for any amount. A 20% of your booked appointment will be charge on your card if you cancel within 24 hours or for no show. All Facials available to book on “Glow Week” every 4th week of month . Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 20% of the service total.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. This allows time to offer the slot to clients on the waitlist.
